Welcome to wild + mae a floral design studio based in North Essex. Adding warmth and personality to your venue and floral arrangements is what Nichola our founder does best.
Nichola started her floral journey in 2006 working from her dining table to provide wedding and sympathy flowers. Following a break in the flower world, career change and raising a family Nichola returned the floral scene in 2017.
At wild + mae we love to work with the wild ones! couples that crave earthy boho, seasonal blooms and wildness.

Every arrangement is lovingly designed and made by founder Nichola and her carefully chosen team. It’s so important that our couples know we personally create your wedding florals and focus on one wedding at a time.

We strive to be an eco-friendly business and always seeking to improve. we commit to no floral foam methods, recyclable packaging and materials and sourcing local flowers whenever possible.

Hi I’m Nichola the face and founder here at wild + mae. I feel my floral style has evolved from my slightly unruly personality and creative soul. I am motivated by happy people, blue skies, comfy dresses with boots, my 3 kids and dark chocolate. Surrounded by flowers, wandering around a garden or up a ladder hanging foliage garlands is usually how you’ll find me.
